Rod repairs can run the gamut of replacing and rewrapping a single guide to rebuilding an entire section of rod. As such, pricing of repairs is almost impossible until I see what I’m getting in to.
The following services can usually be simply performed in my shop:
- Guide replacement and rewrapping; Single guides or the entire rod
- Ferrule and tip top replacement
- Cork grip and reel seat replacements
- Fracture repair if the rod not worked on prior to shipping it to me
- Replacement tip and/or butt sections if repair is not possible
- Revarnishing
- Complete refinishing of older rods.
All rods are returned to you waxed and buffed
